Let the user specify an anchor and a query string in the create/edit link wizard

The macro "ID" is not working.
I don't know if it's bugged or if it's not finished, but there is a problem with this macro.

It's supposed to be here in order to create anchors (which is an important feature) but impossible to do it.
The code generated is :

{{id name="hello"/}}

(with "hello" being the "Name - Identified string" > the only parameter while creating an entry with the macro).
