Ability to prevent access to the wiki code of documents

In certain environments it is important to protect private information from public access, although the rendered result must be viewable (for example login information for scripts that communicate with external services). Thus, while the document should be public, the source code should be hidden, so viewer=code or xpage=edit should refuse to process if the user does not have edit rights on the document.
