Missing default input focus and Enter key handling

1) Popups
Focused field missing:

• Administration / Users / Add new user
• Administration / Groups / Add new group

Focused field and Enter key handling missing:

• Administration / Groups / Edit group (icon)
• Administration / Groups / Edit user (icon)

Btw, the action "Jump to any page in the wiki" in the panel "Quick links" has a focused field and handles the "Enter" key event very well.

2) Panels
Focused field missing:

• Administration / General
• Administration / Presentation
• Administration / Registration (Ctrl+Enter should save changes here)
• Administration / Programming
• Administration / Rights ("Search filter"?)
• Administration / Users ("Username" search field?)
• Administration / Groups ("Group Name" search field?)
• Administration / Import
• Administration / Export
• Panels / Edit
• Toolbar / Create / Page
• Toolbar / Create / Space
• Toolbar / Create / Page from Office Document (e.g. the button)
• Toolbar / Actions / Rename (e.g. "New space" combo box)

3) The caret is placed at the end, not at the beginning of the document, therefore the impression by big texts is the Source is not focused:

• WYSIWYG Editor Source
• Wiki Editor (Ctrl+Enter should save changes here and in WYSIWYG Editor)

Please extend with other affected popups/panels.

P.S. I think, it would be a really good paper cut candidate.
