Attachments doesn't delete at XE 2.1

Then I try to delete any attachment, shows confirmation window, after my confirmation, file hides from the list, but after refreshing browser - file shows. This operation also changing version of a file. This situation exists at XE 2.1. I made upgrade from 2.0.3 XE. At 2.0.3 - and all was ok. Also I checked new instalation XE 2.1 - same situation. I use Oracle database. I checked 10.2 and 11 - same situation.
