ForgotUsername and PasswordReset do not work properly on non public wikis

The pages XWiki.ForguetUsername, XWiki.PasswordReset and XWiki.PasswordResetComplete are not working properly on users that are not viewable by XWiki.XWikiGuest. The first one display horrible velocity code, and the two others disallow password reset complaining that the user is not existant, or the verification code fails.

I joins a patch that either avoid access to documents or bypass security rights through priviledged API to access users documents and should therefore work properly in any case. There is no changes in the existing requirements for programming rigths.
