Add the annotationsinline template in the default templates

The template to render the list of annotations for a document (the one used to generate the content of the annotations tab) should be committed in the list of default templates.
For the moment it is packed in the annotations application in an overwritten XWiki.DefaultSkin.

Since annotations is a default feature, the template should be in the default templates list: this way it's safe from skin changes: it will work even on an a wiki with a different skin.
