      Description

We are using mixed naming when referring to a document/page:
      "Create page"
      "Page syntax"
      "Page name"
      "Orphaned Pages"
      "Included Pages"
      "Jump to any page"
      etc.

      "Document index"
      "Document information"
      "Deleted Documents"
      "No comments/annotations/attachments for this document"
"Add a new version to the existing document"
      etc.
