XWikiAttachment.isContentDirty always returns true thus claiming that the attachment always needs to be resaved in the database.

This bug was exposed by the XWIKI-5405. Now the attachment is resaved every time the document is saved if XWikiAttachment.isContentDirty happens to be true.
