Add the ability to reorder objects using Drag&Drop for the Object editor too

The Class editor has the ability to reorder properties using Drag&Drop.

We need this ability also for Objects editor. One use case is when we have a macro (like the activity one) that has multiple macro parameters objects that evolved over time (some were deleted, others were renamed, others were added) and we want to arrange the parameters to reflect the natural call order (example: wikis, spaces, authors order, etc), not the creation order.

The reorder ability would solve this problem and will not be needed to delete all the params and recreate them in order to have a logic and friendly documentation and declaration.
