A minor edit remove the page from the "Recent Changes" in dashboard

Simply edit a page and save it as major change.
The page is listed in "Recent Changes".

Afterwards edit it again and save it as minor change (e.g. fix spelling error).
The page has now disappeared from "Recent Changes" until you switch to "Show minor edits".

This behaviour force to save every change as "major change" if you wan't to ensure that other users are getting informed via the dashboard.
