Activity Stream Still Blank

Hello, I'm finding that the Activity Stream is still showing up as blank. I've downloaded the xwiki-enterprise-wiki-2.7-20101208.232642-145.xar and the xwiki-enterprise-manager-web-2.7-20101209.010021-98.war, and it looks like it's after the patch in XE-755, from examining the Activity.xml file in the XAR.

I've tried editing and then saving the page, clearing the browser cache and restarting.

The problem only happens in the farm-created wiki, the main wiki's activity streams show up fine.

I get this error in the tomcat catalina.out log:
