Remove deprecated macros

• versions - produces HTML, very old, not used internally
• errorMarkup, errorMarkupForProperty - broken, needs the $errors variable in vcontext
• jabber - broken, relies on dead external service
• aim - broken, only checks the status of "nvludo"
• msn - broken, relies on dead external service
• im - uses many of the broken macros above
• flickr, flickrtag, flickruser, flickrusertag - use the radeox {rss}

  macro, should be redone as wiki macros

• map - broken, uses a deprecated external service,
• mindmap - broken, relies on the removed freemind jar
• exportPackage, importPackage - deprecated, replaced by the new importinline.vm and exportinline.vm templates
• formfield, defaultDisplayObj, defaultViewDisplayObj - deprecated 1.0 macros never used in the platform
• pagedViewLinks - deprecated a long time ago, replaced by printPagedViewLinks
• includeChilds - deprecated name, replaced by includeChildren
• includeLinks($name) - broken, velocity macros don't understand overloading, the version with two parameters is always used

Deprecate:

• skype - produces HTML, should be replaced by a wiki macro
• yahoo - produces HTML, should be replaced by a wiki macro
