Limit dragable width of textareas in FF4 and Chrome

As you know, Chrome and FF4 browsers support resizing the input textareas.
This is a nice feature, but we need to block the max-width we allow in our textareas.

Below is a list of these input text areas, with the number of them on each page:

• Admin -> Email (1)
• Admin -> Page Elements (1)
• Admin -> Registration (5)
• Admin -> Export (1)
• Admin -> Invitation Application (2)
• Comment textarea
