Display a nice error message when an office document cannot be converted by open office server

When open office server is down, a red "failed to execute macro" is displayed when the macro tried to convert a document. It makes users and basic admin not understand that the server just has to be started/restarted. We should display a nice message like "The office server generated an error, please has the administrator of the wiki to restart it"
