Adding a tag does not save the proper author in the minor version

steps to reproduce:

-login as admin and add some tags (note that adding tags will create a minor version of the page)
-login as another user and add some tags to the same page

If you look in the history tab, the tag added by the user will be listed as added by the admin.

It seems that adding tags (thus, creating minor versions of the document) will always have the author of the major version.
