Automatically create xwiki database on first run if it does not exist

If you try to start XWiki on a, for example, MySQL server and there is no 'xwiki' database created, you get an error.

Why not make XWiki create the database if it's not already there?

I know that DB management is more or less a process separated from XWiki that needs to be handled by an admin or DB admin, but this is a minor thing that is very annoying specially during testing when you clean the database and start over. A simple 'create database xwiki' in the storage code should do the trick.
