The include and display macros should have an option to filter out the first heading in the included document or section

    Description

      The include macro supports since 3.0M3 the including of just a section via the new section parameter. Great

      In some cases it is would be good to exclude the section headline of the included document.
      In my use case I want to create a table, which includes in on column the *content* of a section labeled "Short Description" in some documents.
