The tags CSS rules do not use the colors of the color theme set at space level

Steps to reproduce:

• set the default color theme at wiki level: the Informative text color (Modified by, Created by, etc) value is #4D4D4D
• on the Sandbox space, set the bordo color theme at space level: the Informative text color (Modified by, Created by, etc) value is #888888
• on a page in the Sandbox space, check the color code for the .tag-add CSS class

Result: the .tag-add color is #4D4D4D instead of #888888
