Cannot indent bullet points in chrome

When using bullet points in IE you can press tab to indent a second bullet point in one step. In chrome this causes the focus to be put on the comment text box below the WYSIWYG editor.

To reproduce

Create a bullet point press enter at the end of the line and press tab. on IE it would look like

On Chrome you get

*
*

with the focus on the comment box.
