Programming rights should only be effective while parsing the document content

This could be done like this:

1. the context should have a boolean field indicating when programing rights can be effective (i.e. when parsing the document content)
2. this field should only be set from the rendering functions (getRenderedContent), and reset before returning
3. checking for programming rights should first check this context property
