Change the default value of 'xwiki.virtual.usepath' to 1

In order to provide consistency with the recent change in XEM, this should be a platform-wide change, especially since it's only taken in into consideration when xwiki.virtual is set o 1 and when the wiki manager module is used.

Also, it is one step closer to allowing the wiki manager module to be installed with the Extension Manager.
