    Description

      Introduce notion of extension l10n bundle and update Extension Manager to respect it during installation.
      Currently a user must manually register l10n bundle after extension installation.
      E.g. Polls Application

      Information about l10n bundle must be part of extension's descriptor allowing the Extension Manager to automatically register it with the installation.
