Obscure 'Unable to get the default Bean Validation factory' exception at startup in some situation in place of 'Database need migration'

When the following is true:

• The database version is outdated
• The stats are enabled

The exceptions reported are obscur, and the migration manager does not seems to have time for doing its job.
