Empty value is badly displayed in the live table if the application name contains non ASCII characters

Follow this steps to reproduce:

1. Create an application with a name that contains non ASCII characters, e.g. "Demande De Congés"
2. In step 2, add a "Static List" field to the class
3. In step 3, add the static list field to the live table
4. Finish and create an application entry. Don't select any value for the static list.

On the application home page, the empty value is displayed as "demandedecongés.livetable.emptyvalue".
