Improve Cache macro by recaching asynchronously

It would be nice if the Cache macro could work like this:

• When the cache expires, trigger a recomputation by executing the macro and if someone asks for rendering the macro continue to return the old cached content till the macro has finished executing its recomputation at which time serve the new cached content.
