    Description

      According to Microsoft WebSite:

      A few hotkeys have changed in Internet Explorer 9:
      Ctrl+J now will open the Internet Explorer download manager instead of opening feeds. You can open feeds in Internet Explorer 9 with Ctrl+G.

      I reported this so users will know, but fixing this might be a little bit tricky, because we either break consistency both shortcuts on other browsers or set another one for IE9
