Grey out editing icons that cannot be used when the cursor is on a macro content

By WYSIWYG editor, I want to create a box macro first and then put a image inside it. But I can't do that because after attaching a new image, setting some attribute and selecting ii, it doesn't appear!

I wonder if image can be placed inside a macro or not, same question for table, other macros....?
If not, is there any possible solutions for disabling these buttons when the cursor stands inside a macro?
