Better link generation syntax in Wiki edit mode

When editing a page in Wiki mode, user selects a piece of text or a word.
The user wants to create a external link using that text.

After selecting the text, the user clicks on the "External Link" icon.
The editow will only create bracked like the link is for inside link.

Example:

• user wants to create a link to google.
• user selects work "Web"
• user clicks on "Add External Link" button
• the editor will put Web between brackets. The result would be "[[Web]]". This is exactly the same behavior as for Internal Links

IMO we should make it something like: [[Web>>http://]]
