Cannot change document title from "inline" mode

Basically, the issue is that when editing a document in the "inline form" mode, there is no way of changing the title of the document.

Now, since editing inline is based on a sheet which defines what is displayed for edit and what not, this can be easily added in a custom sheet. However, this should be possible by default either:
1/ by default in the inline edit mode, just as parent it editable by default
2/ the app within minutes generated sheet should contain an input to allow to change the document title.

I think a discussion could also be done about whether document title is still needed / used, since app within minutes doesn't use title at all, relies on the fact that you can put anything in the page name uses the default fallback on document name when there is no title.
