WYSIWYG Editor should support "Find and Replace"

A "Find & Replace" functionality in the Editor is missing.

The work around I'm currently using is to "copy" the page source in a "real" text editor, change the source and paste it back.

This needs to set the 'User Type' to advanced and is not applicable to standard users.
