Add support for using a remote Solr instance instead of the embedded one

The current implementation only uses an embedded Solr instance that runs in the same JVM as XWiki.

Some setups might want to use a remote Solr instance, for various reasons (security, performance, economy, etc.).

The choice of Solr instance should be available in the Solr Search Admin UI and/or in the xwiki.preferences file.
