Make the "Version summary" field and the "Is minor edit" checkbox available in "Preview" mode

It would be very useful if the "Version summary" field and the "Is minor edit" checkbox were available in "Preview" mode. I have edited some pages, clicked "Preview" and liked the way the page looked but couldn't save the page then because I also wanted to add a version summary and/or save the version as a minor one. I was forced to click "Back to edit" and wait for the page to load again.

Use case:

• Edit a page
• Click "Preview"
• You'd like to click "Save & View", but you remember you have a comment and would like to mark the version as minor, so you click "Back to edit"
• Write something in the "Version summary" field
• Mark the version as minor
• Click "Save & View"
