Adding a page through the menu fails to display the usual template when the current page doesn't exist

• Go to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/CreatePageTest/nonexisting
• Click Add > Page

This will create the page without asking you for the space/page name for the new page, going directly to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/edit/CreatePageTest/nonexisting?template=&title=nonexisting
