Add support for writing WYSIWYG editor plugins directly in JavaScript

Currently all the WYSIWYG editor plugins are written in GWT (Java) and the list of plugins is hard-coded, meaning that you need to rebuild the editor if you want to write a new plugin. It would be great if we could write plugins in plain JavaScript and they would be loaded dynamically by the editor.
