Clean XWikiException

XWikiException is quite a mess right now, it overrides "cause" with it's own "exception" (which is actually an throwable and not an exception...) and has it's own non standard way of putting the cause message in it's own message. The fact that it skips cause also makes it a real pain to get proper stack traces.
