Customize default document cache duration

XWiki can store the rendered content of page in a cache, using $context.setCacheDuation(nr seconds). If this is not called, then the default behavior is to use 0 seconds, meaning don't cache.

It would be better to customize the number of seconds used by default, so that a wiki that does not change a lot to be a bit optimized.
