If attachment is of type 'text' (js, css, txt, etc.) allow the user to enable the diff across history

    Description

      When visualizing History over multiple versions we specify that the attachment suffered changes and has changed its version.

      Unfortunately there is no way to apply the diff algorithm on the attachments versions, although we have all the information necessary. The user can only visualize the versions and maybe locally apply the diff.

      This would be a great improvement especially for skin developers.
