Enabling virtual XWikiAllGroup breaks wiki membership

    Description

      This is because workspace and now the new wiki manager put main wiki users in subwiki XWikiAllGroup group which does not make any sense.

      It's usually recommended to use virtual XWikiAllGroup on wikis with lots of users (it's the case in xwiki.org and myxwiki.org for example) which means that main wiki user membership is unusable for those wikis.
