Change request cannot be deleted by the creator

Reproduction steps:

• Create a change request with any change with a standard user (no delete right at wiki level or admin right)
• Open the change request and click Delete in the more action menu
• Check the box for deleting nested documents
• Click Delete
• Check the log of deletion

Expected result:

• the deletion is successful and all pages are deleted

Obtained result:

• only the WebHome page of the CR is deleted: there's error in the log concerning the filechange doc and the discussion doc:
