Allow to specify a user creator of the discussion doc using metadata

Discussions are creating several documents to store the metadata. In case of CR we're storing those docs in the same space as the CR, and it would make sense that all the docs are using the same user as creator of the doc. Now we don't necessarily want to use the context user, to avoid issues with the rights. So we'd need a mechanism to allow specifying the creator in a metadata.
