Add support for Nested Documents in the Create Action

    Description

      Should accept a spaceReference (A.B) and a name (C) and should create the nested document (A.B.C.WebHome).

      Support for terminal document is also needed through a tocreate="terminal" parameter, resulting in the terminal document (A.B.C).

      Backwards compatibility with the previous parameter (space, page and tocreate="pace") names and behavior also needs to be preserved.
