Hiding WebHome in wiki link syntax

    Description

      We currently have a mismatch:

      • users using the UI don't see WebHome
      • but if they want to use the wiki syntax (and they don't have to be developers to be using the wiki syntax!) they need to understand WebHome.

      Thus the idea is to do something similar to what we've done for URLs, i.e. allow omitting WebHome in the reference.
