WYSIWYG editor should generate links without "WebHome" in them for Nested Pages

    Description

      With the work done on XWIKI-12920 we should also make sure that links generated by the WYSIWYG editor don't generate WebHome.

      The rationale is that a user who then edits the page in wiki editor will see both "doc:" and "WebHome" and will not understand it since he would have not used that himself if he had to write the link from scratch.

      Note that this is also related to XWIKI-13060 and if implemented after it, the generated link should take into account the sibling notation.
