Ability to reference Nested Pages as siblings in wiki links when they have the same parent

    Description

      If we wish to write a wiki link inside <parents>.Space.Page2.WebHome and make it point to <parents>.Space.Page1.WebHome, we have to use an absolute reference as in:

      [[<parents>.Space.Page1.WebHome]] in 7.4 (or [[<parents>.Space.Page1]] thanks to XWIKI-12920)

      It would be nice to be able to write:

      [[Page1]]
