Use async notifications only when opening notification area

    Description

      The refactoring of notifications made on XWIKI-17052 allows to use async notification rendering, however we removed the capability to call notification rendering only in case of opening the area because we were blocked by XWIKI-17338.

      Once XWIKI-17338 is done we should use it for the notification area.
