Allow to inject Javascript / CSS in Notification Displayer

    Description

      It is possible to use a specific displayer for Notification (see: https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Notifications%20API/#HNotificationDisplayer) but apparently we cannot use Skin Extension Plugin in those displayer with the current mechanism.
      The Notification are first computed as Block which is then injected in the HTML: so the Skin Extension Plugin cannot inject the needed resources in the headers since they don't exist in the first produced HTML framents.

      It prevents from using Notification with other usecases such as dedicated buttons on them.
