Realtime should never override a save which bypassed the realtime session.

In the event of a save which bypasses the realtime session, the realtime should not:

• auto-save
• begin a session with the realtime version.

If this event is detected, we should attempt to automatically merge, if such a thing is not possible, we need not worry about allowing a manual merge, simply raise an error window for the people editing in realtime and make them all restart.
