Extension Updater - Fails to update URL Normalizer from 1.1.1 to x

I am on 1.1.1, but when I clicked Updater and Check for updates I see that it finds 1.1.3, 1.1.4, and 1.1.5, but then it comes back with “All extensions are up to date”.
