JW Player macro is not properly live rendered and needs page refresh to display its content when in-place editing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Attach a video file to a page
2. Edit the respective page in-place
3. Click on 'Insert > Other Macros'
4. Search for JW Player and click Select
5. Fill in the video file's Attachment name
6. Click Submit
7. Click Save & View
8. Click 'Edit' to edit the page again

EXPECTED RESULTS

The video frame is displayed properly in-place edit mode and after the page is saved.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The macro's content (video frame) is not displayed properly in-place edit mode, instead a black bar is displayed (containing 'Loading the video player' text) which is still showing after the page is saved, until the page is refreshed.
