Export feature does not export correctly pages with double quotes or percent in their name

The pages with " cannot really be added; e.g. if adding Sandbox.some "test" page to the list of pages to export, only {{Sandbox.some }} get added.
Pages with % in the name can be added to the list, but when pressing the "export" button, this creates a javascript error
